Priyanka Chopra the hot diva of Bollywood is having a good year as far as movies are concerned. Her movie 7 Khoon Maaf that was released in February was well acclaimed by critics and viewers both. The movie shows a woman who has been mistreated by male chauvinist husbands and who decides to take it no more and give them back in full. Playing the role Sussane, Priyanka has amply demonstrated her subtle acting skills.

She was able to portray the feelings and the resentment of women who have been badly treated by their husbands. Only thing in which Sussane differed from conventional characters was that she decided to take her revenge and get justice to herself. The role of a woman can be both sensitive as well as revengeful at the same time demanded acting nuances that only Priyanka could have delivered. The success of Don has taken the ratings of Priyanka soaring high in the sky and she is expected to sizzle again in Don 2. The star cast of the movie includes Priyanka Chopra, Lara Dutta, Sharukh Kahn, and Boma Irani. The movie is being directed by Farhan Akhtar who also directed the first movie. In the earlier film, she had played the role of Roma, the deadly gorgeous girl. Priyanka was acclaimed for playing the role superbly.
